Lane Defense is a free browser tower defense game with one winding lane and three tower types. Enemies spawn on the left and march toward your base on the right. Tap empty pads to place towers before a wave, then hit Start Wave. Dart towers are cheap single-target shooters, Rapid towers fire quickly for swarm control, and Cannons hit harder with a splash radius for clustered brutes. Kills pay gold; spend it between waves to thicken your defense. Every enemy that reaches the exit costs a life — lose them all and the run is over.
Strategy tips: seed a few Darts early so the first waves do not leak, then mix in Rapid for scouts and Cannons at path bends where enemies bunch up. Sell misplaced towers for half their cost when you need to rebuild. Later waves add tougher brutes and periodic bosses, so keep expanding coverage instead of stacking everything on one pad. Your score climbs with kills and cleared waves, and your best score is saved locally so you can come back and push further.
