How to play Dash Runner

Dash Runner is a free endless runner game you can play right in your browser. Your runner sprints automatically — survival is all about timing. Press Space or the up arrow to jump over ground blocks, and hold the button down to jump higher and longer; a quick tap gives a short hop. Press the down arrow to duck under the flying bars that hover at head height. On a phone or tablet, tap and hold the left half of the screen to jump and press the right half to duck. Your score is the distance you cover, and the game gets faster the longer you last, so every run eventually ends — the question is how far you get.

Watch the world shift between day and night every 1000 points; the palette change is your progress badge and a signal that the pace has picked up. Strategy tips for a high score: learn the two obstacle silhouettes instantly — tall blocks rising from the ground mean jump, floating bars mean duck. Use short hops for single blocks and save full-height jumps for wider ones, because hang time at high speed is dangerous. Release jump early to fast-fall back to the ground so you're ready for the next obstacle. Ducking also fast-drops you out of the air. Stay calm as the speed multiplier climbs — panic inputs end more runs than the obstacles do.
