Match Three is a free online gem-matching puzzle on an 8×8 board. Swap two neighboring gems so that three or more of the same color line up horizontally or vertically — only swaps that create a match count. Matched gems clear, new ones fall in from above, and cascades can chain for bigger scores. You have 25 moves; every valid swap spends one. Drag from one gem to a neighbor, or tap two adjacent cells. On touch devices you can also swipe across a gem toward its neighbor.
Strategy tips: look for swaps that set up a second match after the first cascade, and prefer clearing four- or five-gem lines when you can. Longer chains score more because points scale with cascade depth. Use Hint if you are stuck — it highlights one legal swap without spending a move.
